Turns centerlines into walls. On Solid: a lattice's beams are pulled onto a Solid's surface and each rib stands off it by Height, along Direction or, unwired, the surface normal. Along Field: each beam of a lattice is swept by Height along a field — a scalar field's gradient (for a Solid, its outward normal) or a vector field as it is. The result is a lattice.
The rib centerlines: a lattice's beams. Their thickness is not read; Thickness sets the walls'.
The lattice to edit.
On Solid: ribs stand on a Solid's surface. Along Field: beams are swept along a field.
The Solid the ribs sit on; the centerlines are pulled onto its surface.
What the walls stand along. On Solid: optional, a vector field or a constant vector; unwired, the surface normal. Along Field: required — a vector field used as it is, or a scalar field whose gradient is used.
How far each wall reaches, in mm: from the surface on a Solid (unset: 5), beyond the beam along a field (unset: 1). A field varies it.
Wall thickness in mm, read once per beam at its midpoint (unset: 1).
Wall taper in degrees (default 0): positive narrows the rib toward its top, negative widens it.
Values the block gives besides its output. The editor lists them under Properties, and an input can read one by reference.
Every beam, each with its own properties.
All the thickened beams merged into one Solid; beams with no thickness yet are the distance to their segments.
